¿Qué hago en mi tiempo libre?
Since I started my exchange program in Germany, I’ve had lots of Mexican and Spanish friends. And Spanish was already on my “Things to do” list. After I am able to speak Spanish, I’d count myself lucky, and instead of learning another language, I will try to learn the languages that are already in place better.
So last semester I learnt some slang expressions, however I had no idea about the grammar. Since April I’ve been taking one of the Spanish courses at school and trying to improve my Spanish skills. Last week we had our final exam and for that we had to write a small text, not an essay or something more difficult. So, I asked my Mexican friend Erika Patricia Garcés Fernández to help me write one sample. And we did it, here is my first entry, pardon, semi-entry in Spanish:
En mi tiempo libre, me gusta mucho leer y hacer ejercicio. Mis deportes favoritos son el fútbol y el baloncesto. Todos los domingos me gusta bastante juntarme con mis amigos para jugar. Generalmente somos 4 o 5, pero nos divertimos muchísimo. Los miércoles voy al cine con mi novia, y después vamos a cenar. Otra cosa que me encanta hacer en mi tiempo libre es traducir textos de alemán a inglés o a turco, a veces traduzco episdios de series televisivas también. Además tengo 3 páginas de internet y me ocupo de su diseño. Los viernes voy con mis amigos de marcha. Para descansar veo la televisión y mi programa favorito es “Friends”, de hecho tengo todod los episodios de esta serie y algunas días mi novia los ve conmigo…
